I’m not ready for the election to be over.
Just kidding.
Some memories from the 2016 presidential campaign:
1) The “Our Children Are Watching” ad (which used Donald Trump’s words against him) was the best election-related ad of my lifetime.
2) I could not vote for either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton. I “threw my vote away” with Gary Johnson, who is also a flawed candidate but at least his last name isn’t Trump or Clinton.
3) I find it interesting how many people still wait to vote on Election Day. Not that there’s anything wrong with it. (I switched to early voting in 2008 and will not vote on Election Day again.)
