Monday is the day I drop off the new issue of Lemmon Lines at about 35 locations. I drive from Micco to Lakewood Park, and everywhere in between.
Traffic yesterday was the lightest it’s been all year. By far.
Examples: When I stopped at Starbucks, there were no cars in line at the drive-thru (usually the line wraps around the building); when I stopped at the Kountry Kitchen, there were plenty of spaces available in the parking lot (usually people have to park on the south side of the building, on the grass).
I guess that means we’re on our own now. The last of the remaining snowbirds have headed back home.
