The parking lot at the Main Library is bad enough (it’s straight from the 1950s), but people make it even worse when they do things like this.
After posting this photo on Facebook last week, I found out I’m not alone in being perturbed by what this person did. As of this morning, the photo generated 17 comments and 28 “likes.”
