The logo for a new bakery in downtown Vero Beach can now be seen in the window.
Freres Patisserie is likely to open in late July or early August.
Its predecessor, the Patisserie, closed after the death of co-owner Mark Edmonds in February.
Freres is the French word for “brothers.” The new bakery is owned by brothers Bruce and Bennett Gomez.
