Rachna Handa and her brother, Mani Kapoor, are the new owners of Café in Paradise, located on County Road 512 in Sebastian. They purchased the restaurant from Wanda and Paul Simmons.
The restaurant, once known as JP Matty’s, is open for breakfast and lunch.
