Clark Ballard was recently the subject of a “Meet me at Table 51” feature. In it, I mentioned that back in 1957 he bought a 1929 Model A Ford for $100 … and he still has the car today.
On Friday, Clark gave me a ride in the 87-year-old vehicle. (That’s Clark standing by his car.)
What a treat! The car looks “new.” He has taken great care of it.
Clark originally bought the car for transportation. He drove it during his college years.
