Both Elaine Huth (left) and Sandy D’Amico have been servers at Vincent’s for more than 30 years.Read about them in this week’s issue of Lemmon Lines.
Vincent’s, owned by Gaetano and Maria Amato, opened on June 12, 1978. Elaine started in 1979, and Sandy joined the staff in 1981.
I’m thinking about starting an unofficial “Servers Hall of Fame” for Indian River County. If I do, Elaine and Sandy will be the first two inductees!
