I always look forward to the season … and now, more than ever, I know how reliant local business owners are on seasonal residents.
For the first time, I saw the summer through a business owner’s perspective. While Vero Beach is definitely is becoming more of a year-round town, no one can deny the importance of visitors to the local economy.
While out on distribution yesterday, I crossed paths with the owner of a restaurant. We were talking about the difference between the summer and the season.
