My 63-year-old brother, Doug, is thinking about riding his bike across the United States. He’s debating whether to go with a group that will take more than 50 days or one that will take 33 days.
There’s no better person to ask than the Rev. Scott Alexander, who is preparing for his fifth trip across the country. Scott and another cyclist from Vero Beach, Jake Piper, will leave from California on April 22.
