The former Wendy’s by I-95 will be converted into another commercial venture, assuming the sale of the building closes on Nov. 4.
The undisclosed buyer is a South Florida company known for converting former fast-food restaurants into other ventures, according to Keith Kite, a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Paradise.
