If you drive around Indian River County, you’re going to find buildings that have been spray-painted by vandals.
Some of the spray-painting is very “artistic.” That is, it’s as if the vandals treat the building like a large canvas.
As you can see by the accompanying photo, vandals are now going after much smaller targets. This defaced stop sign is visible from Indian River Boulevard. (The Florida Eye Institute is just to the south.)
