When I moved here nearly 13 years ago, Indian River County was lacking in quality pizza places. In recent years, though, we’ve stepped up our game. I give credit to Pizza Mia, which has become a hit with locals. A few months ago, Urban Bricks Pizza opened … I definitely give it a thumbs-up. Now, it looks like 1000 Degrees Pizza is on the way to the still-under-construction Vero Beach Square (which between Applebee’s and Sonny’s).
