Bernie’s binder June 28, 2016 Bernie Grall is the “sign chairman” of his daughter’s campaign. Erin Grall is running for State Representative. She is in a four-way race in the Aug. 30 Republican primary. As I mentioned in this week’s column, the Grall campaign has 400 signs out there now and they anticipate having 200 more before the primary. I met Bernie at Bob Evans last week and we talked about the campaign signs. He said he has permission from every property owner where there is a sign. The “permission slips” are in a thick binder. How many campaigns can say they know the location of every sign? Not many, I’m sure.
