It didn’t pass the mother-in-law test August 18, 2015 Back when I was still working at the Press Journal, Bob Gray (the PJ’s circulation manager) stopped by my desk one day and said someone had mistaken him for me. We both got a good laugh out of it, and I ended up taking the accompanying photo. (Bob is on the right.) Last week, during Seacoast Bank’s huge networking event held at Velde Ford, I went searching for the photo on my iPhone. That’s because I met sisters Bobbi Burdick and Dottie Childers, who operate Goodtime Getaways. Bobbi is Bob’s mother-in-law. I told her about the photo and said I would send it to her via email. She was skeptical of any resemblance but wanted to see the photo. After I emailed it to her, she made me laugh with the response. “It is a great picture, but the only thing I can see alike is your red shirts,” she wrote. Take a look at our foreheads, Bobbi. I see a resemblance!
