Mom works for son May 9, 2017 Jill Schauder works about 20 hours per week for her son, Brian, at Solar Solutions. Laurie Hepler works the cash register at son Greg’s restaurant in Sebastian. There are all kinds of “mom and pop” businesses in Indian River County. At Solar Solutions in Vero Beach and the Pelican Diner in Sebastian, “mom” is involved … but she’s there just to help her son, who owns the business.
